The Uganda North American Christian Fellowship (“UNACF,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect through www.unacf.org and how we handle it. Last updated: September 2026.

We only collect information you choose to give us through our forms:
- Membership applications — name, email, phone, ministry/role, region, country, and any message you include.
- Contact messages — name, email, phone, and your message.
- Prayer requests — your request and, if you choose, your name and email. Prayer requests are private by default.
- Newsletter subscriptions — your email address.
- Giving pledges — name, email, and pledge details. We never collect card or bank information on this website.
- Event registrations — name, email, phone, and number of attendees.
How we use it
- To respond to you and provide the fellowship, prayer, events, and resources you request.
- To send updates, invitations, and newsletters (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To coordinate membership, partnerships, and ministry activities.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to operate the site (e.g. our email or hosting providers) or where required by law.
- We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Prayer request confidentiality
Prayer requests are received in confidence by our leadership and are kept private by default. A request is only shared with our wider prayer network if you explicitly opt in when submitting it.
Cookies
Our site uses only an essential session cookie required for secure form submission. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Embedded content (such as a Google Map on our Contact page) may set its own cookies governed by that provider’s policy.
Data retention & security
We keep submissions only as long as needed for fellowship purposes and take reasonable measures to protect them. Form submissions are protected against tampering, and administrator access is password-protected.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email admin@unacf.org and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Youth and family program details are arranged directly with parents and guardians.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
